La Sarre (land allemand) sera administr\u00e9e par la France de 1945 \u00e0 1956.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pour la recherche des oblit\u00e9rations ferroviaires de A\/L, je me suis calqu\u00e9 sur le territoire occup\u00e9 par l&rsquo;administration militaire allemande.<\/p>\n<p>Au vu des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts occasionn\u00e9s par les diff\u00e9rentes arm\u00e9es pendant la seconde guerre mondiale, surtout dans le Bas Rhin, on rencontre plus ais\u00e9ment ces oblit\u00e9rations au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1950. De longs mois ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour rendre le trafic ferroviaire op\u00e9rationnel. Beaucoup de b\u00e2timents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 reconstruire. Pour l&rsquo;Alsace 47 ponts ou viaducs sont \u00e0 reconstruire par la SNCF, travaux pr\u00e9vus pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 1946\/47.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/openarchives.sncf.com\/archive\/4008\">https:\/\/openarchives.sncf.com\/archive\/4008<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/openarchives.sncf.com\/archive\/0187lm0865\">https:\/\/openarchives.sncf.com\/archive\/0187lm0865<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pour les oblit\u00e9rations, les mill\u00e9simes 1945\/46\/47\/48 sont rares. Dans les faits, on recense cinq lignes de convoyeur en activit\u00e9 entre 1945 et 1947. Les convoyeurs de type ondul\u00e9s de type 3 disparaissent avant 1970. Reste deux\u00a0 convoyeurs de <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">type 4<\/span> avec une couronne ronde dans les ann\u00e9es 1980 plus un service de convoiement. Apr\u00e8s 1990, les services de convoyeur ont compl\u00e8tement disparu en Alsace\/Lorraine. Il reste quelques ambulants au d\u00e9part de Paris pour Belfort, Metz ou Strasbourg, qui disparaitront petit \u00e0 petit au fil du temps pour s&rsquo;effacer compl\u00e9tement en 1995. Les oblit\u00e9rations sont class\u00e9es par ordre alphab\u00e9tique. Dans les couronnes d&rsquo;oblit\u00e9ration, les mill\u00e9simes sont \u00e0 deux chiffres entre 1945 et 1947. C&rsquo;est la raison du d\u00e9but de la construction d\u00e8s 1930 de la ligne Maginot sur ces territoires. Un plan de repli de cette r\u00e9gion en cas de conflit arm\u00e9 est \u00e9galement prioris\u00e9. Evacuation des populations et d\u00e9placement des industries font partie des grandes lignes de ce plan. En 1939, avec \u00ab\u00a0la dr\u00f4le de guerre\u00a0\u00bb, le r\u00e9seau ferroviaire A\/L va marcher \u00e0 plein avec l&rsquo;envoi de troupes pour l&rsquo;occupation de la ligne Maginot. L&rsquo;intendance suit: envoi de mat\u00e9riels, de ravitaillements, d&rsquo;armements n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 une d\u00e9fense active et acheminement de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res comme le coke ou du charbon.<\/p>\n<p>Les lignes ferroviaires de A\/L repr\u00e9sentent plus de 2300km de voies ferr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Deux \u00e9vacuations notables (septembre 1939 et mai 1940) feront partir 1.2 millions habitants de ces r\u00e9gions vers d&rsquo;autres d\u00e9partements o\u00f9 la SNCF va jouer son r\u00f4le de canalisateur pour le transport d&rsquo;une partie de ces populations d\u00e9plac\u00e9es. Ces mesures d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation touchent \u00e9galement la SNCF. Les gares proches du front sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9es : 56 en Moselle, 33 dans le Bas-Rhin et 18 dans le Haut-Rhin. , fin 1939, pr\u00e8s de 6 000 agents sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9s sur d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions SNCF et, avec eux, environ 5 000 wagons charg\u00e9s de mat\u00e9riel.<br \/>En mai 1940, le red\u00e9ploiement des troupes fran\u00e7aises s\u2019organise et elles coupent les ponts sur le Rhin. En se retirant d\u2019Alsace, l\u2019arm\u00e9e fran\u00e7aise d\u00e9truit les principaux axes de communication. Elle fait sauter 109 ponts de chemin de fer. Le r\u00e9seau ferr\u00e9 est d\u00e9sorganis\u00e9, 12 tunnels sont inutilisables, 250 km de rails et 1 100 aiguillages sont hors service.<br \/>Les Allemands franchissent le Rhin le 15 juin. Les troupes fran\u00e7aises battent en retraite sauf pour une partie de la ligne Maginot qui tiendra ses lignes.\u00a0 L\u2019armistice est sign\u00e9e le 22 juin. Le 15 juillet 1940, les Allemands informent la SNCF qu\u2019ils exploitent d\u00e9sormais eux-m\u00eames les lignes de l&rsquo;Alsace et de la Lorraine sur les territoires reconquis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;annexion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Moselle est rattach\u00e9e au Gau de Sarre-Palatinat qui devient le Westmark avec comme chef-lieu Sarrebruck. L\u2019Alsace,\u00a0 rattach\u00e9e au Gau de Bade, devient l\u2019Oberrhein, chef-lieu Karlsruhe. Gau est un terme allemand aux aspects territoriaux et administratifs. En novembre 1940, des villages entiers situ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ouest de la voie ferr\u00e9e Sarrebourg &#8211; Metz &#8211; Thionville sont vid\u00e9s. Entre le 12 et le 22 novembre 1940, 66 trains transportent 57 655 habitants des zones de Moyeuvre, Courcelles-Chaussy, Dieuze, H\u00e9ming et Abreschwiller vers le Sud-Est.<\/p>\n<p>Les expuls\u00e9s sont rassembl\u00e9s \u00e0 Metz-Queuleu et embarquent avec un bagage limit\u00e9 \u00e0 50 kg pour un adulte et 30 pour un enfant. \u00a0Les convois ainsi form\u00e9s font escale \u00e0 Lyon en gare des Brotteaux.<br \/>L\u00e0, ils sont pris en charge par la Croix Rouge et l&rsquo;administration de Vichy (gouvernement fran\u00e7ais). L\u2019autorit\u00e9 allemande expulse \u00e9galement de ces trois d\u00e9partements les agents de chemin de fer qui n\u2019en sont pas originaires. En Moselle, pr\u00e8s de 1 600 cheminots sont expuls\u00e9s et plus de 1000 gagnent clandestinement la France non occup\u00e9e. Le nombre des expuls\u00e9s est \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 270 000 personnes, soit 225 000 pour la Moselle et 45 000 pour l\u2019Alsace. Dans le terme \u00ab\u00a0expuls\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, il faut entendre le sens que lui donne l&rsquo;administration militaire allemande, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire celle des ind\u00e9sirables: fran\u00e7ais non n\u00e9s dans le territoire annex\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;Allemagne (voir la carte ci- dessous), ressortissants d&rsquo;Afrique du Nord, gens de couleurs, juifs de toutes nationalit\u00e9s et les communistes. Evidemment, tous leurs biens sont spoli\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 470px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.histoire-politique.fr\/documents\/32\/dossier\/images\/32_1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"470\" height=\"741\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fronti\u00e8res douani\u00e8res entre la France et l&rsquo;Allemagne.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Les Allemands exigent le retour au pays des Alsaciens-Lorrains \u00e9vacu\u00e9s en 1939.<\/p>\n<p>En 1940, 408 000 r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s furent rapatri\u00e9s comme suit :<br \/>\u2014 de fin juillet \u00e0 d\u00e9but octobre, 228 000 personnes, avec des trains sp\u00e9ciaux de rapatriement ;<br \/>\u2014 \u00e0 partir de novembre, 20 000 personnes par des liaisons ferroviaires r\u00e9guli\u00e8res ;<br \/>\u2014 le restant de la population a emprunt\u00e9 les cars, voitures particuli\u00e8res, camions et autres moyens divers de rapatriement.<\/p>\n<p>Le 20 octobre1940, la presse alsacienne annonce le retour de 300 000 \u00e9vacu\u00e9s. Le 15 janvier 1941, 134 800 strasbourgeois sont rentr\u00e9s. L\u2019usage de la langue fran\u00e7aise est interdit et la langue allemande devient officielle le 24 juillet 1940.<\/p>\n<p>En octobre 1940, les autorit\u00e9s allemandes mettent en demeure la SNCF de restituer \u00e0 l\u2019ancien r\u00e9seau A\/L, les 3 186 \u00a0voitures et 444 fourgons du parc de ce r\u00e9seau, au titre de dommage de guerre, et surtout pour compl\u00e9ter l\u2019effectif du mat\u00e9riel de la Deutsche Reichsbahn. Il s\u2019agit en majeure partie de mat\u00e9riel \u00e9vacu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de 1939.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>La lib\u00e9ration<\/strong><br \/>Le 1er janvier 1945, la Wehrmacht occupait encore la poche de Colmar et, au nord de Strasbourg, toute la r\u00e9gion comprise entre la ligne Sarreguemines, Obermodern, Strasbourg et la fronti\u00e8re allemande. Les Allemands utilis\u00e8rent ce r\u00e9pit pour proc\u00e9der aux destructions cibl\u00e9es des voies ferr\u00e9es, des installations, des ouvrages d\u2019art et pour bombarder les centres ferroviaires de Hausbergen, Saint-Louis, Colmar et Strasbourg.<br \/>Les voies, les ponceaux, les gares, les signaux furent m\u00e9thodiquement arrach\u00e9s ou dynamit\u00e9s.<br \/>Les destructions furent telles dans cette r\u00e9gion que le d\u00e9partement du Bas-Rhin compte parmi les plus sinistr\u00e9s du point de vue de son r\u00e9seau ferroviaire.<br \/>Avant de se replier, les Allemands ont vid\u00e9 gares, d\u00e9p\u00f4ts et ateliers : 680 wagons de machines-outils partent de Metz, 537 wagons de Bischheim. La gare de Metz est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e une premi\u00e8re fois le 31 ao\u00fbt 1944. Reprise, elle est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e d\u00e9finitivement fin novembre, tout comme celle de Strasbourg.<br \/>En octobre 1944, on commence \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un bilan provisoire des destructions. Il est terrifiant : plus un pont sur la Moselle et quasi \u00e9galement sur le Rhin. En mars 1945, le pont de Neuf Brisach est d\u00e9truit sur le Rhin lors des combats, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments r\u00e9cup\u00e9rables sont transport\u00e9s par p\u00e9niches vers Chalamp\u00e9 pour r\u00e9tablir le pont de Neuenbourg. En f\u00e9vrier 1945 encore, le pont de Chalamp\u00e9 est d\u00e9truit par la Wehrmacht. Les Allemands, avant leur retraite, ont labour\u00e9 les voies ferr\u00e9es avec un engin sp\u00e9cial appel\u00e9 \u201c Schienenwolf \u201d (loup ferroviaire), endommageant partiellement d\u2019importantes sections de lignes comme \u00e0 Montreux-Vieux.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/thumb\/5\/58\/Bundesarchiv_Bild_101I-279-0901-31%2C_Russland%2C_Einsatz_des_%22Schienenwolf%22.jpg\/220px-Bundesarchiv_Bild_101I-279-0901-31%2C_Russland%2C_Einsatz_des_%22Schienenwolf%22.jpg\" alt=\"Railroad plough - Wikipedia\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQJ9fwp1eFD9tj4ThQhJ7bNxrltTsRhHD_Hanh90LWf4g4Sw_vgFCjOare10eqSVwo2Szw&amp;usqp=CAU\" alt=\"File:Bundesarchiv Bild 101I-279-0901-36, Russland, Einsatz des  &quot;Schienenwolf&quot;.jpg - Wikipedia\" \/><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9g\u00e2ts occasionn\u00e9s par le \u201c Schienenwolf \u201d (loup ferroviaire).<\/p>\n<p>Pour ne prendre qu\u2019un exemple des vicissitudes successives de ces ouvrages d\u2019art, le pont de Roppenheim est d\u00e9truit partiellement par l\u2019arm\u00e9e fran\u00e7aise le 13 octobre 1939, r\u00e9par\u00e9 par la Wehrmacht, puis les trois trav\u00e9es centrales sont de nouveau d\u00e9truites en mars 1945. La reconstruction de l\u2019ouvrage n\u2019est achev\u00e9e qu\u2019en mai 1949, soit dix ans apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re destruction.<br \/>Le r\u00e9tablissement des communications ferroviaires exige travail et imagination et s\u2019av\u00e8re plus long que pr\u00e9vu sur le r\u00e9seau A\/L. Si les convois militaires peuvent passer sur des voies r\u00e9par\u00e9es le plus souvent avec des moyens de fortune, il faut attendre le 30 avril 1945 pour se rendre en train r\u00e9gulier de Paris \u00e0 Metz et Strasbourg et le 7 mai \u00e0 Mulhouse.<br \/>Le g\u00e9nie am\u00e9ricain et les agents de la SNCF, aid\u00e9s par les sapeurs du chemin de fer et des prisonniers, ont r\u00e9tabli l\u2019itin\u00e9raire Vendenheim-Haguenau le 20 septembre 1945 et l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la gare de Wissembourg le 5 octobre 1945 seulement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les ann\u00e9es 1950\/70<\/strong><br \/>Apr\u00e8s le constat des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts occasionn\u00e9s par la fin du conflit, force est de constater que la priorit\u00e9 est donn\u00e9e aux lignes de chemin de fer rentable en terme de voyageurs ou de fret. Les petites lignes vont ferm\u00e9es les unes apr\u00e8s les autres ou ne seront pas remise en service. La construction des locomotives dont l&rsquo;Alsace \u00e9tait le berceau, va s&rsquo;amoindrir au fil du temps. La SNCF qui \u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re des clientes va se tourner vers le di\u00e9sel et l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour les loco-tracteurs, locomotive, automotrice et autorail. Sur les lignes non \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9es de l&rsquo;A\/L, les autorails di\u00e9sel remplaceront les trains vapeurs. La production des filatures va d\u00e9cliner \u00e9galement. L&rsquo;av\u00e8nement des v\u00e9hicules automobiles personnels et des autocars, participe \u00e9galement au d\u00e9clin du chemin de fer. L&rsquo;Alsace\/lorraine se trouvent confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des usines demandant de moins en moins de main d&rsquo;\u0153uvre et ces mar\u00e9es humaines qui prenaient le train pour se rendre au travail s&rsquo;amenuisent petit \u00e0 petit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poste ferroviaire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, il est admis que la brigade N\u00b01 est une brigade de jour et la brigade N\u00b02 est une brigade de nuit.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ambulant:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>B\u00e2le \u00e0 Luxembourg 2\u00b0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>le 07\/05\/1945, la ligne Strasbourg\/Bale est remise en service.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ambulantconvoyeurpar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/a-8.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cachet m\u00e9tal<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Aller, brigade A\/B\/C\/D. La desserte des carri\u00e8res se fait avec des wagons tr\u00e9mies et des locotracteurs Renault.
