Mais comme partout, le front s&rsquo;est vite fix\u00e9 et fin 1914, tous les bellig\u00e9rants se sont retrouv\u00e9s dans les tranch\u00e9es en vis \u00e0 vis. Apr\u00e8s une derni\u00e8re offensive des soldats fran\u00e7ais en 1915, les poilus durent se replier pour tenir la cr\u00e8te des Vosges. Quelques villes et villages du Bas Rhin se sont retrouv\u00e9s du cot\u00e9 Fran\u00e7ais. Une fois les combats stabilis\u00e9s, la ligne bleue des Vosges conna\u00eet un calme relatif jusqu\u2019en 1918. L&rsquo;Alsace et la Lorraine vont continuer \u00e0 vivre sous le r\u00e9gime allemand jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;armistice du 11\/11\/1918.<\/p>\n<p>Le chemin de fer de A L ne sera pas impact\u00e9 directement par la guerre. Seuls les b\u00e2timents, voies, installations ferroviaires et ouvrages d\u2019art seront d\u00e9truits sur l\u2019ensemble des lignes ferroviaires proches du front. Ils sont plut\u00f4t impact\u00e9s par un usage intensif des mat\u00e9riels: difficult\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;Allemagne, \u00e0 cause de l&rsquo;effort de guerre, de fournir des pi\u00e8ces de rechanges, des rails, des locos\u2026 bref tout ce qui va inclure du m\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;armistice sign\u00e9, les troupes fran\u00e7aises entrent victorieuses en Alsace : le 17 \u00e0 Mulhouse, le 18 \u00e0 Colmar et le 21\/22 novembre, dans Strasbourg. Le retour de la pr\u00e9sence fran\u00e7aises sur tout le territoire de\u00a0 l&rsquo;A.L. va durer du 16 au 27 novembre 1918. Le r\u00e9seau ferroviaire fran\u00e7ais de l&rsquo;A-L (Alsace-Lorraine) est cr\u00e9\u00e9 officiellement par l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 19 juin 1919.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pour fournir le mat\u00e9riel oblit\u00e9rant n\u00e9cessaire au fonctionnement des PTT sur ces territoires, on d\u00fb se r\u00e9soudre \u00e0 utiliser les mat\u00e9riels saisis \u00e0 l&rsquo;ennemi. La quasi totalit\u00e9 des lignes de la poste allemande ambulante France-Allemagne est supprim\u00e9e. La France reprend \u00e0 son compte de nouvelles liaisons avec l&rsquo;Allemagne. On voit apparaitre les premi\u00e8res oblit\u00e9rations ferroviaires fran\u00e7aises fin 1919.<\/p>\n<p>Cette liste comporte certainement quelques manques sur ces lignes ambulantes, merci de me les signaler.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne suis pas le premier \u00e0 r\u00e9f\u00e9rencer ces oblit\u00e9rations, pour preuve, un collectionneur d&rsquo;oblit\u00e9rations ferroviaires d&rsquo;Alsace-Lorraine \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153uvre en 1919. La ligne de chemin de fer de la vall\u00e9e du Florival, longue de 13,3 kilom\u00e8tres, desservait depuis Bollwiller, les villes de Soultz \u2013 Guebwiller \u2013 Buhl puis Lautenbach. Petite ligne secondaire en voie normale, elle rattachait la vall\u00e9e \u00e0 la grande ligne ferroviaire Mulhouse \u2013 Strasbourg. Possible sur timbre fran\u00e7ais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Devient le convoyeur fran\u00e7ais Colmar \u00e0 Marckolsheim de type ambulant (d\u00e9but 1920 \u00e0 1939). Ne sera pas remis en service apr\u00e8s la seconde guerre mondiale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ligne de la KTB( Kaysersberger Thalbahn) qui fut ouverte vers 1890, part de la gare centrale de Colmar mais en direction du Rhin, pour desservir le Ried. Peu apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de son exploitation, elle fut confi\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019EL. Sur cette ligne, on note 5 \u00e0 7 allers-retours journaliers. Vu 17\/11\/1919 sur timbre fran\u00e7ais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Devient le convoyeur fran\u00e7ais Colmar \u00e0 Metzeral, de type ondul\u00e9 (1920 jusque 1939). 4 brigades de convoyeur ont circul\u00e9 sur cette ligne. La ligne fut remise en service le 06\/05\/1945. La ligne sera prolong\u00e9e en 1903 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Drulingen. Le trac\u00e9 part de la petite gare de Lutzelbourg, situ\u00e9e sur la ligne Paris-Strasbourg, et apr\u00e8s un passage dans une zone vallon\u00e9e, remonte sur Maisons-Rouges o\u00f9 se trouve un charmant petit d\u00e9p\u00f4t. La ligne poursuit vers le nord apr\u00e8s s&rsquo;\u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9e de l&rsquo;antenne allant \u00e0 Phalsbourg. En 1877, De Wendel demanda l\u2019autorisation de la prolonger jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Joeuf (de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la fronti\u00e8re), ce qu\u2019il re\u00e7u, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019elle ne se connecte pas au r\u00e9seau fran\u00e7ais. De Wendel passa outre en 1884, et provoqua la col\u00e8re de l\u2019administration imp\u00e9riale. En 1947, la ligne a \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9e au service voyageurs et le tron\u00e7on de Scheibenhard \u00e0 Wissembourg est rest\u00e9 ouvert au service marchandises jusqu\u2019en 1958, essentiellement pour le transport d\u2019amidon et de p\u00e9trole (des pompes \u00e0 balancier t\u00e9moignent encore de cette exploitation).
