Le Togo est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un office postal autonome.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour les PTT en 1950, les bureaux sont r\u00e9partis comme suit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>15 recettes de plein exercice g\u00e9r\u00e9es par des agents des PTT: Anfoin, An\u00e9cho, Ani\u00e9, Atakpam\u00e9, Bafilo, Bassari, Blitta, Dapango, Lama-Kara, Lom\u00e9 RP, Nuatja, Palim\u00e9, Sokod\u00e9, Ts\u00e9vi\u00e9, Sansann\u00e9-Mango.<\/p>\n<p>10 agences postales g\u00e9r\u00e9es en majorit\u00e9 par les chefs de gare en qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;agents postaux: Agbelouvh\u00e9, Agou, Akaba, Assahum, Badou, No\u00e9p\u00e9, Pagala, Porto-S\u00e9guro, Tabligbo, Vogan.<\/p>\n<p>Nomenclature des bureaux de poste au Togo: page 83. 1949.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jo.gouv.tg\/sites\/default\/files\/annee\/1949\/jo%201949-633.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Cliquer pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 jo%201949-633.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Classement des bureaux de plein exercice 1952\/54, page 147<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jo.gouv.tg\/sites\/default\/files\/annee\/1952\/jo%201952-739.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Cliquer pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 jo%201952-739.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le Togo est desservi par les lignes de navigation fran\u00e7aises de la c\u00f4te d&rsquo;Afrique dont les navires escalent \u00e0 Lom\u00e9. Les d\u00e9p\u00eaches postales et les colis postaux en relation avec la m\u00e9tropole voyagent \u00e0 bord de ces paquebots. Pour l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, le courrier est achemin\u00e9 par voie ferr\u00e9 et par automobile. Une lettre met environ 48h pour parcourir les 600 km qui s\u00e9parent Lom\u00e9 de Sansann\u00e9-Mango. Fin 1949, un service de poste automobile rural a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 dans la province d&rsquo;An\u00e9cho. Deux circuits totalisant 242km permettent de desservir chaque semaine la presque totalit\u00e9 du canton de ce cercle.<\/p>\n<p>3 lignes de courriers convoyeurs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lom\u00e9-Palim\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Lom\u00e9-Blitta<\/li>\n<li>Lom\u00e9-Anecho<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>le courrier terrestre est achemin\u00e9 par automobile 2 fois par semaine pour les destinations suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Blitta-Sokod\u00e9-Lama-Kara-Mango-Dapango.<\/li>\n<li>Blitta-Sokod\u00e9-Bassari.<\/li>\n<li>Lom\u00e9 \u00e0 Cotonou (Dahomey).<\/li>\n<li>Lom\u00e9 \u00e0 Accra (Gold-Coast).<\/li>\n<li>Palim\u00e9 \u00e0 H\u00f4 (Gold-Coast)<span style=\"color: initial;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Atakpam\u00e9- Badou.<\/li>\n<li>A noter que les toutes les cat\u00e9gories de correspondances \u00e9chang\u00e9es entre le Togo et la Gold-Coast b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient des tarifs r\u00e9duits en vigueur dans le r\u00e9gime int\u00e9rieur de chacun des territoires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le courrier est achemin\u00e9 par cycliste pour les destinations suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anecho-Anfoin-Vogan.<\/li>\n<li>Sokod\u00e9-Tchamba.<\/li>\n<li>Bassari-Gu\u00e9rinkouka.<\/li>\n<li>Lama-Kara-Pagouda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vu \u00e9galement courrier cycliste postal le 01\/05\/1937, page 196. La g\u00e9rance \u00e9tait affect\u00e9e soit dans une gare et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait le chef de gare qui la g\u00e9rait, soit par des secr\u00e9taires administratifs ou des chefs de village. Deux l&rsquo;on \u00e9tait par des facteurs( Al\u00e9djo et Tchamba).<\/p>\n<p>3 lignes de courriers convoyeurs.<\/p>\n<p>3 circuits postaux (PAR) poste automobile rurale. Ils sont rattach\u00e9s respectivement aux bureaux d&rsquo;An\u00e9cho (Sud PAR 1), Atakpam\u00e9 (Centre PAR 2), Lama-Kara (Nord PAR 3). Ils desservent une soixantaine de petites communes, une \u00e0 deux fois par semaine selon le cas. Il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;oblit\u00e9ration PAR au Togo, ce sont les oblit\u00e9rations des bureaux de rattachement qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9es sur les plis.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Population:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En 1920, la population \u00e9tait de 700 000 individus. Elle sera de 1 million en 1950. Le Togo accueillera peu d&rsquo;europ\u00e9ens, ils seront 1500 environ en 1950. Pour la plupart, ce sont des coop\u00e9rants venus de la m\u00e9tropole dont les 2\/3 vivent dans le cercle de Lom\u00e9. Quand je n&rsquo;ai pas trouv\u00e9 l&rsquo;oblit\u00e9ration correspondante \u00e0 la mandature fran\u00e7aise, je me suis rabattu sur une oblit\u00e9ration de la r\u00e9publique du Togo.
