(bien que le type 3 soit en activit\u00e9 depuis 1904), elles apparaissent en ao\u00fbt 1914. Ces oblit\u00e9rations sp\u00e9ciales faisaient parties d&rsquo;un plan de transport en cas de mobilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Ce plan pr\u00e9voyait la suppression des trains civils au profit des trains de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e pendant la p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9ploiement des forces arm\u00e9es. Certaines de ces oblit\u00e9rations vont servir encore une vingtaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s 1914.\u00a0 Ici Paris \u00e0 Soissons 1\u00b0 1924. Les N\u00b01, 2, 3 dans la couronne sont une indication, G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le deuxi\u00e8me, dit secundo, est un train de nuit. Entre d\u00e9cembre 1914 et 1917, un train militaire circulait sur la ligne Dunkerque-Amiens et le Bourget-Troyes-Gray . D\u00e8s 1919, le mat\u00e9riel oblit\u00e9rant fran\u00e7ais sera pr\u00eat et remplacera petit \u00e0 petit le mat\u00e9riel allemand. il faut les consid\u00e9rer comme des convoyeurs et non pas comme des ambulants.
