(max-width: 1883px) 100vw, 1883px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>1) La construction.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Le trac\u00e9 d\u2019un chemin de fer au Congo est envisag\u00e9 d\u00e8s 1886 et les missions d\u2019\u00e9tude vont se succ\u00e9der pour un co\u00fbt de plus de 4 millions de francs.<br \/>Plusieurs \u00e9tudes vont finaliser le projet, celle du capitaine de g\u00e9nie Cambier (1905\/1906), celle de J-M Bel (1906\/1907), du lieutenant de vaisseau Audoin (1909-1910), du capitaine de corvette Hautereuille (1919).<br \/>La guerre de 1914 arr\u00eata le projet qui reprit en 1921 par la construction du chemin de fer et d\u2019un port provisoire<br \/>\u00e0 Pointe-Noire, suivi d\u2019un wharf des plus moderne pour l\u2019\u00e9poque.La construction de cette ligne dite Congo Oc\u00e9an fut attaqu\u00e9e par les deux bouts (Pointe-Noire et Brazzaville). Depuis Pointe-Noire o\u00f9 il fallut construire une voie de chantier de 50 Kms, suivi d\u2019une route carrossable de 400 Kms pour rejoindre Brazzaville.<br \/>Pour Brazzaville il fallut passer par le Congo Belge, au d\u00e9part de Matadi jusqu\u2019\u00e0 L\u00e9opoldville par le chemin de fer de la colonie Belge. Long de 400 Kms et avec des voies de 0,75 m, il fut ouvert d\u00e9s 1897 et il permit \u00e0 la France de rallier Brazzaville dans de meilleures conditions. En contrepartie la France versa chaque ann\u00e9e pr\u00e8s de 3 000 000 de francs pour l\u2019utilisation de ce moyen de transport et ce d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de la mise en service du chemin de fer du Congo Belge.<br \/>L\u2019on comprend mieux la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour la colonie du Congo Fran\u00e7ais de poss\u00e9der son propre r\u00e9seau de chemin de fer et cela permit de supprimer le portage \u00e0 dos d\u2019homme.<\/p>\n<p>La mise en \u0153uvre dure 13 ans et avance de 40 Kms bon an mal an.<br \/>De nombreux probl\u00e8mes vont ponctu\u00e9s cette construction : difficult\u00e9 de recrutement de la main d\u2019\u0153uvre, on ratissera dans toutes les colonies pour trouver des bras. Ainsi des africains de toutes ethnies et des europ\u00e9ens se retrouveront \u00e0 trimer pour faire avancer ce projet mais aussi 600 chinois venus des enclaves fran\u00e7aises de Chine. Difficult\u00e9 due \u00e0 la crise de 1929 et \u00e0 la d\u00e9valuation du franc.<br \/>Difficult\u00e9 technique due au terrain et des pol\u00e9miques m\u00e9tropolitaines sur le trac\u00e9 choisi, difficult\u00e9s sanitaires (la dysenterie fit des ravages) et linguistiques. Col\u00e8re des colons qui ne trouvaient plus de main d&rsquo;\u0153uvre pour travailler dans leurs exploitations. Il court une l\u00e9gende pour le Congo Oc\u00e9an o\u00f9 il fallut un mort blanc par rail et un mort noir par traverse! 148000 personnes ont construit ce chemin de fer. On avance un minimum de 17000 morts pour ce chemin de fer. Ne jamais oubli\u00e9 que pour les africains c&rsquo;\u00e9tait du travail forc\u00e9 r\u00e9git par une loi qui ne sera abrog\u00e9e qu&rsquo;en 1946. On se demande ce qu&rsquo;il serait advenu sans ces inspecteurs du travail dans ce chantier, au vu des 17000 d\u00e9c\u00e8s caus\u00e9s par la construction du C.F.C.O.<\/p>\n<p>Cette voie ferr\u00e9e longue de 511 Kms comporte 12 tunnels, 82 ponts, 80 viaducs et est le dernier chemin de fer construit dans les colonies fran\u00e7aises. L\u2019\u00e9cartement des voies est au mod\u00e8le anglais de 1.067m, enfin l\u2019on pensait au raccordement des chemins de fer entre les diff\u00e9rentes colonies. Le trajet s\u2019effectue en 14 heures voire 12 heures pour les rapides. Cette ligne est \u00e9quip\u00e9e pour un trafic de 150 000 tonnes par an.<br \/>Dans le m\u00eame temps, le Congo Belge changera l\u2019\u00e9cartement des voies de 0.75m pour opter vers l\u2019\u00e9cartement de 1.067m et un accord franco-belge sera trouv\u00e9 contre la disparit\u00e9 des tarifs entre les deux lignes.<br \/>En 1932, la liaison est faite entre Pointe-Noire et Brazzaville gr\u00e2ce au couplage du fer et d\u2019un service d\u2019autocars ou de camions. En juillet 1934, le train peut circuler de bout \u00e0 bout et la ligne est inaugur\u00e9e le 10 juillet.<br \/>Les premiers mat\u00e9riels \u00e0 circuler sur cette voie, seront des automotrices Billard \u00e0 essence, capacit\u00e9 8 \u00e0 20 personnes pour une vitesse de 35 km\/h, ainsi que des Micheline, puis des Mikado, des Golw\u00e9 et des Beyer-garratt.<br \/>Cette ligne avec son mat\u00e9riel aura co\u00fbt\u00e9 aux contribuables de l\u2019\u00e9poque 1.115.000.000 de francs.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ambulantconvoyeurpar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/a0001.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2817\" src=\"http:\/\/ambulantconvoyeurpar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/a0001.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2059\" height=\"811\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ambulantconvoyeurpar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/a0001.jpg 2059w, https:\/\/ambulantconvoyeurpar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/a0001-300x118.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ambulantconvoyeurpar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/a0001-768x303.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ambulantconvoyeurpar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/a0001-1024x403.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ambulantconvoyeurpar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/a0001-604x238.jpg 604w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2059px) 100vw, 2059px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>2) Oblit\u00e9rations ferroviaires.<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">P.K.102:<\/span> ouverture d&rsquo;une agence postale, bureau de 6\u00e8me cat\u00e9gorie, d\u00e9pendant du bureau de plein exercice de Pointe Noire.<br \/>Du 15\/06\/1936 au 05\/09\/1939.<br \/>Du 01\/11\/1939 au 01\/12\/1954.<\/p>\n<p>Cette agence est \u00e0 102 KM de Pointe Noire et \u00e0 deux kilom\u00e8tres au dessus de la gare de Les Saras. Au PK 104 seront casern\u00e9s les ouvriers chinois. Au bout de trois ans, les chinois voulant rest\u00e9s sur le sol du Congo ne repr\u00e9sentent plus que 0.5% de l&rsquo;effectif du d\u00e9part. Les autres seront rapatri\u00e9s en Chine ou d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le point kilom\u00e9trique 102 correspond \u00e0 une halte, elle est justifi\u00e9e par l&#8217;embranchement qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re qui a servi<br \/>\u00e0 fournir l&rsquo;enrochement pour le port de Pointe-Noire ainsi qu&rsquo;aux ouvrages d&rsquo;art de la voie ferr\u00e9e.<br \/>Cette halte \u00e9tait le point de d\u00e9part des chercheurs d&rsquo;or. On y trouvait \u00e9galement des exploitations foresti\u00e8res ainsi que des scieries. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait aussi le camps des baraquements des travailleurs du Congo Oc\u00e9an et des installations sanitaires. Pour sauver toutes \u00ab\u00a0ces \u00e2mes noires errantes\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0 une mission \u00e9vang\u00e9lique \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sente au P.K. 102.<\/p>\n<p>Y \u00e9tait install\u00e9e une agence postale qui a fonctionn\u00e9 en deux p\u00e9riodes (1936-1939), puis la guerre rappela les hommes en m\u00e9tropole. Si l&rsquo;on suit les textes officiels, le 5 septembre 1939, 19 bureaux ou agences postales seront ferm\u00e9s pour cause de mobilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, dont le P.K.102. Le 1er novembre 1939, 7 bureaux ou agences postales seront remis en service, dont l&rsquo;agence du P.K.102.<\/p>\n<p>Quand une agence postale est assimil\u00e9e \u00e0 la poste ferroviaire c&rsquo;est parce qu&rsquo;elle est interd\u00e9pendante du chemin de fer. Soit l&rsquo;agence est install\u00e9e dans une gare. Soit le chef de gare fait \u00e9galement office de commis des PTT.
