Soit il \u00e9tait affranchi, d\u00e9pos\u00e9 dans la boite aux lettres de la gare et relev\u00e9 par le convoyeur.<\/p>\n<p>Soit vous le remettiez directement en main propre au convoyeur lors du passage du train. Toutes les stations n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pourvues de cachets oblit\u00e9rants. Quand la gare d\u00e9pendait d&rsquo;une ville ou d&rsquo;un village sans bureau de poste ou que celui-ci \u00e9tait par trop \u00e9loign\u00e9 de la gare, le chef de gare pouvait recevoir les plis affranchis en mains propres. Il oblit\u00e9rait les plis pour les remettre au premier train du matin c.a.d. soit un train de voyageurs soit un train de marchandises. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la construction des bureaux de poste et du d\u00e9veloppement des colonies, ce service est devenu obsol\u00e8te et il est tomb\u00e9 en d\u00e9su\u00e9tude. Ce service n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas une exception d\u00e9volue \u00e0 Madagascar, d&rsquo;autres colonies ont us\u00e9 de ce service comme la C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire ou le Togo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a Celui \u00e0 15c date du 01\/01\/1917 au 31\/03\/1920. En 1928, les carnets sont obsol\u00e8tes pour la lettre 1er \u00e9chelon sauf si on y ajoute plusieurs timbres pour r\u00e9aliser le bon tarif.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi deux oblit\u00e9rations distinctes pour une si petite gare? Nous avons Le Mangoro chemin de fer T.C.E et Mangoro chemin de fer. Les \u00e9tudes commencent en 1897 sous l&rsquo;\u00e9gide du colonel Roques et port\u00e8rent sur la portion Brickaville\/Tananarive. Les travaux commenc\u00e8rent en 1901 en partant de Brickaville. En 1903, le premier tron\u00e7on de 50km est en activit\u00e9. La ligne est ouverte de Tananarive \u00e0 Brickaville en octobre 1909 et couvre 271km. Dans la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, une courte ligne de chemin de fer partant du port de Tamatave rejoignait Ivondro sur 12km. De l\u00e0, toutes les marchandises \u00e9taient transf\u00e9r\u00e9es dans des chalands ou vapeurs. Ils empruntaient le canal des Pangalanes pour relier Brickaville et vice-versa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tiraera.histegeo.org\/Dossier_Andovoranto.pdf\">http:\/\/tiraera.histegeo.org\/Dossier_Andovoranto.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ce transbordement engendrait un co\u00fbt non n\u00e9gligeable et il fut d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prolonger la voie de chemin de fer afin de relier Tananarive \u00e0 Tamatave. Les travaux d\u00e9marrent en 1912, l&rsquo;exploitation commence en mars 1913. En 1937, Le service voyageur est assur\u00e9 par des autorails Michelin mont\u00e9s sur pneumatiques. Le trajet est couvert en 9h avec un arr\u00eat de 30mn pour le d\u00e9jeuner, d\u00e9part de Tananarive le mercredi et de Tamatave le vendredi. Train r\u00e9gulier de voyageurs dans les deux sens les mardi, jeudi, samedi et dimanche. Dur\u00e9e du trajet: 15 heures. 1 train quotidien mixte ou autorail minimum en aller et retour en 1950.<\/p>\n<p>La ligne Moramanga\/Lac Alaotra fut construite afin de coloniser cette r\u00e9gion fertile. Les travaux commenc\u00e9s en 1914 par la construction d&rsquo;un tramway ne se termin\u00e8rent qu&rsquo;en 1923. La guerre a ralenti l&rsquo;avanc\u00e9 des travaux. Cette antenne part de Moramanga pour relier Andreba au km165. Andreba sera le terminus jusqu&rsquo;au 01\/07\/1931. Ensuite le terminus sera install\u00e9 2km plus loin \u00e0 Ambatosoratra \u00e0 la m\u00eame date. En 1937, 1 train quotidien en aller et retour le jeudi.\u00a0 En 1945 au d\u00e9part de Moramanga,1 train les dimanches, mardis, jeudis et samedis. Au d\u00e9part de d&rsquo;Ambatosoratra, 1 train les lundis, mercredis, vendredis et dimanches.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;antenne Tananarive\/Antsirabe fut entreprise en 1912 dans la m\u00eame optique de coloniser une r\u00e9gion fertile. La guerre retarda les travaux et cette antenne ne fut termin\u00e9e qu&rsquo;en 1925. Cette ligne couvre 154km. En 1937, Train r\u00e9gulier de voyageurs au d\u00e9part de Tananarive les mardis, jeudis, samedis, dimanches. En partant d&rsquo;Antsirabe les lundis, mercredis, samedis, dimanches. En 1945, 1 train les dimanches, lundis, mercredis, jeudis, samedis.<\/p>\n<p>La construction de la ligne Manakara\/Fianarantsoa\u00a0 fut entreprise en 1926 et fut inaugur\u00e9e en avril 1936. Cette ligne mesure 163km. Le service voyageur est assur\u00e9 par des automotrices doubles Brissonneau-Lotz, le trajet est couvert en 4h. En 1935, la section Manakara-Ambinamy-Manampatrana, soit 84km est en exploitation.\u00a0 En 1945, 1 train les mardis, jeudis, samedis au d\u00e9part de Fianarantsoa et les lundis, mercredis, vendredis au d\u00e9part de Manakara. 4 navettes par semaine en 1950. En 2013, seule cette voie est encore en activit\u00e9 \u00e0 Madagascar. Devant la d\u00e9liquescence de ce r\u00e9seau, compter entre 12 et 14h pour relier Manakara \u00e0 Fianarantsoa.
